Description
This Czech sculptor emigrated to Paris in 1926, at which time he began to create models for the manufacture of Villenauxe-la-Grande in the Aube, where he settled in 1933.
This porcelainry specialized in religious subjects is also devoted to classical sculpture thanks to the quality of its clay, while the others perpetuate the tableware. The production of groups of animals or figures in finely worked faience, signed Bohumil Rezl, is now very sought after.
